If you have chosen to pick up your order from Click and Collect, your order will be ready after 4.30pm on the day on your email confirmation. We will notify you ASAP to let you know that your order is ready by email.
Deliveries are made by DPD on our behalf. Most UK addresses are Next Day delivery but some will be longer due to being offshore or remote. When you pick the area for delivery on a product page or in your basket, the delivery time will be calculated taking all this into account. The turn around time is the time it takes us to make the product/s in our factories and have them ready for despatch. The delivery date will calculated for the area you choose.
DPD send a 1 hour delivery window notification to your mobile via text and/or email. These will be sent to the details on your order. They use these details to also send any notifications that effect your order delivery. If you use their App you can control how DPD deal with your delivery, and you can request further options on your delivery.
Some larger deliveries ( larger quantities or weights ) we may use a pallet company to delivery your order. We will let you know if this is the best option as you may not be able to accept a delivery of this type at your address due to access.
What if something goes wrong?
We do everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but on rare occasions damages do occur. In the first instance you must contact us detailing the damage within 24hrs of receiving the goods. Please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose the item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.
