This depends on the product, but we believe in only using the highest quality paper stock for purpose and for value. Our premium business cards are 400gsm, Letterhead / Compliment Slip / Printing - 90 or 120gsm, A4/A5/A6 Notepads - 80gsm, Flyer Print - 150gsm or 300 gsm, A3 Posters -170 gsm.

GSM is short for 'Grams per Square Meter'. The higher the GSM number, the heavier (and thicker) the paper. At, we supply the most suitable GSM paper for each product purpose. 


The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m2 or simply g) and in the US system it is Pound (lb).

The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.

Coated papers are available in two finishes – glossy (shiny and smooth) and Matt (flat and lusterless). Coated glossy papers reflect the light evenly so they are suitable for almost all types of printing jobs. Glossy papers have a good ink holdout, which is important for creating sharp, bright images.


Unfortunately .PSD (Photoshop) files can't be previewed on most internet browsers. However as long as you follow our Artwork Guidelines, the uploaded file should be printed fine.

If you are having problems uploading and previewing your artwork files, it may be because the uploaded artwork file isn't one of our accepted file formats.

File formats currently accepted: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, eps, ai, pdf, zip, tar, rar, cdr, psd images only.

Please also ensure your upload file/s for front and back sides. For files containing both sides, upload one file to 'Front side'.

File size should also not be larger than 50MB in size.

If you have uploaded your artwork and then decide to purchase at a later date, firstly you will need to ensure you have given your uploaded artwork a 'Design Name' and have clicked 'Save and Continue'. Then, when you next login in to your account, you will find your uploaded artwork in the 'My Account' then in 'My Designs' area. To order your uploaded artwork, then click 'Order'.

Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.

300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.

We use digital offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.


Our standard listed prices are excluding VAT. VAT will be added to your final checkout for you to review before you purchase.

Our flyers / leaflets are free from VAT by default, however legally there are some exceptions:

- If your flyer or leaflet is used to obtain a discount on goods or services - i.e. "25% off with this flyer", then VAT is chargable.

- If your flyer or leaflet has an area designed to be written on, then VAT is chargable.

If we find that your Leaflet / Flyer conforms to these exceptions, we will notify you for the payment of VAT due.

Yes - the prices listed on the website indicates basic prices of products against many parameters: paper/card weights or thickness (GSM/Pt), glossy or matt finish, 2 or 4 colors, square or rounded corners, single or double side printing, quantity, destination shipping charges and the mode of transport. The prices are calculated with regard to the most basic paper/card types, sizes and number of sides printing. Please use the 'Price Calculator' for help calculating the basic cost of your order. 


We currently accept Visa (Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron), Mastercard & Paypal payments. All payments are securely processed by Sagepay. You do not need a Sagepay account to process your order.


Fastest delivery is 48 hours - Express 24 hour despatch with next day delivery (effectively delivered within 48 hours of order placed).


We currently offer UPS Next Day Delivery, RoyalMail Next Day and DPD / Interlink Next Day delivery services. At Brunel One we offer our standard 3 day despatch and express 24 hour despatch. Despatch is the term to describe the production turn around. With Express 24 hour depatch, you could use our click and collect service, and collect your item from 24 hours after ordering at our Bristol factory.

Each day of despatch is taken from each order placed before 2pm. 'Shipping' is the delivery method you wish to choose once the product is ready.
